Why a Stakeholder Approach Matters
Recently, I spoke to students at the University of Wollongong in Dubai about why I use a stakeholder approach in my textbook. I gave the talk a lot of thought because I wanted to capture the critical essence of stakeholders, not just why its important, but why its essential to eCommerce success. It’s by far, the best talk I’ve ever given. If I ever create a new edition of my textbook, I’ll include much of this talk in Chapter 1.
